Information and purpose

The intended service uses email, sign-in security records, account preferences, viewing progress, support messages and membership records to operate accounts and access. Identity documents or a real introduction video are collected only when the administrator’s applicable saved verification policy requires them. Payment evidence is handled separately. No identity evidence should be uploaded before the collection process is approved.

Services and access

The intended independent providers are Supabase for Auth/database/functions, Bunny for media, Resend for transactional email and Cloudflare for challenge and hosting services. Staff access is limited by role, ownership and verified sessions. Provider regions, contracts, cross-border processing requirements, retention periods and security procedures must be reviewed before collection begins.
